While the rest of America quietly salivates over the phrase "President Winfrey021 Archives" Oprah herself is keeping busy with Hollywood's Time's Up campaign and the fighting for women's equality in every workplace. Oprah spoke with some of Hollywood's most powerful women after the Golden Globes about how best to champion women.

Winfrey asked her colleagues on CBS Sunday Morning, which will air this Sunday. "Because there’s so many men and women now who are uncomfortable in their workplaces because of all that’s been uncovered and aren’t just really sure how to be. What do we say to them?”
The panel consisted of Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman, Tracee Ellis Ross, America Ferrera, Shonda Rimes, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy, and attorney Nina Shaw.
“There are moments that you have to evaluate whether silence is going to be your only option,” said Witherspoon. “And certain times that was our only option. But now is not that time.”
Many women chose to bring activists as their guests to Sunday's Golden Globes, and spent their time on the red carpet discussing the imperative work being done to combat gender inequality and sexual harassment.
“At this moment it’s a campaign,” Ross told Oprah. “And we’re all sort of workers among workers and women among women, sort of rolling up our sleeves and doing whatever sort of comes to the forefront.”
Witherspoon and Kennedy noted in a preview from CBS that they're lucky as women to be in a position of power and have a platform to express their views and help shape change.
“We’re humans. We’re all humans,” added Portman, who caused quite a stir on Sunday by calling out the Globes' all-male directing nominees. “And I think it’s treating people as fellow humans and – and it’s not because you have a daughter that you respect a woman, it’s not because you have a wife or a sister, it’s because we’re human beings, whether we’re related to a man or not. We deserve the same respect.”
The full interview will air Sunday, Jan. 14 at 9 a.m. EST.
