Netflix is UKhoping to pull on some heartstrings this holiday season with a brand new way to snuggle up to loved ones near and far.

The second season of the Fuller Houserevival series set to stream Dec. 9, so Netflix is hoping to double down on its nostalgia and sentimentality.
Connected Mr. Bear promises a special Fuller Houseviewing experience. With one Mr. Bear in one living room and a second, paired bear in another house far away, their synced "cuddle sensors" blink three times and activate a Netflix-connected device, turning on Fuller House. That way, viewers can watch (and cuddle) together. This video shows how it works:
In an odd move, however, Netflix isn't selling Mr. Bear in pairs. In fact, it's not selling any at all.
Instead, the Fuller Houseproduct is a DIY build project, with open source code and hardware information available on GitHub. That means that anyone looking to bring Connected Mr. Bear into their homes will need to build him themselves.

For someone with the enough knowhow and Fuller Housefandom, though, the build could be the best part of their holiday streaming season.
