It's not just you: iOS 11 isn't as popular as previous updates.
People are Fuzz vol 65 (Kaori Kirara) Japanese porn movieupdating to iOS 11 at a slower rate compared to other recent updates, according to new stats released by Apple.
SEE ALSO: How to downgrade your iPhone from iOS 11Just 52 percent of devices have made the upgrade as of Nov. 6, according to Apple's developer website. While not a bad start by any means (and still significantly better than Android), it's down from previous updates.
By comparison, last year's iOS 10 update was at 60 percent by the end of October, following a September release.
While Apple has given users a lot of reasons to upgrade, like new emoji, ARKit-ready apps, and built-in screen recording, there are a number of other reasons some may be holding off.
The iOS 11 update will brick thousands of older apps that haven't been updated to support 64-bit processors. The rollout has also been plagued by more bugs than usual, including a particularly annoying keyboard glitch and battery concerns. There's also the fact that some of iOS 11's best new features were iPad-only.
Between all that and general skepticism many people have about new iOS updates, it's not surprising people have been a little slower to update than in previous years.
